The 4 Phase Command Plan
Restoring Alaska's sovereignty through a strategic four-phase roadmap for hemp advocacy, food security, and holistic healthcare. This plan serves as our foundational guide to building economic infrastructure rooted in community wellness.
Phase 1: Fire-Resistant, Carbon-Negative Homes
Phase 1 is all about building fire resistant, mold resistant, pest resistant, eco-friendly, carbon negative homes with homegrown materials. By using hemp-based building materials from GreenBuild Composites, we can create healthier, safer, and more resilient housing for Alaska’s communities while storing carbon in every home we build.
Phase 2: Hemp as Textiles
Phase 2 is focused on creating the industrial bridge from plant to product. We are building the infrastructure for high-quality hemp textiles, rugged outdoor clothing, and resilient canvas. This phase also provides vital supplies for Alaska's fishing fleets, including sustainable nets and durable nautical ropes, ensuring that local growth directly supports our state's historical industries.
Phase 3: Bioplastics, Biofuel & Food
This phase is about turning hemp into bioplastics, biofuel, and food products. By transforming Alaska-grown hemp into sustainable materials, clean energy, and nutrient-dense foods, we help reduce dependence on fossil fuels and imported goods while creating new jobs and value-added products for Alaskan communities.
